DELIVERY & SHIPMENT POLICY
Welcome to Sara Onsi. We are dedicated to delivering our luxury couture and ready-to-wear pieces to you in the best possible condition and as quickly as possible.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently offer shipping across Egypt and Internationally.

Local Orders: Delivered via our private courier service within Cairo and via partner couriers for other governorates.

International Orders: Shipped via international express couriers (e.g., DHL or Aramex).
2. SHIPPING FEES & FREE SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.

International Shipping: Fees vary by destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Ready-to-Wear: Typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

Couture & Bridal: As these pieces are often handcrafted or made-to-order, delivery timelines vary. Please refer to the specific timeframe provided during your consultation or on the product page.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or new collection launches, please allow for potential slight delays in processing.
4. THE "FITTING SERVICE" (Cairo Only)
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a unique fitting service for our customers within Cairo:

Our courier will wait outside for a few minutes while you try on your items.

If the item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the same courier.

In this case, you will only be required to pay the delivery fees, and the item cost will be refunded/waived.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (and/or SMS) containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International)
For orders outside of Egypt, please note:

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped outside of Egypt may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Sara Onsi has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
7. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused upon delivery or is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return fees incurred.
