What if I can't attend live?
All live sessions will be recorded and available for replay. However, the transformation happens when you show up live — so we highly encourage attending when possible.
Can I do both tracks?

Is this fully online?
Yes. Both tracksare 12-week live online programs. All sessions are conducted virtually so youcan join from anywhere.
Do you offer refunds?
